1954

1954 Fuji Kinzoku Kosaku Co., Ltd. founded

September:Fuji Kinzoku Kosaku Co., Ltd. is founded.

Fuji Kinzoku Kosaku Co., Ltd. is founded, acquires the Itachibori sales office and the factories of the aforementioned Fujishima Koki Co., Ltd. in Shigino, Osaka and Hikone, Shiga. Efforts are launched to enhance the sales office.

1957

1957 The late Toshi Kojima succeeds company founder Junji Kojima after his sudden passing.

September:The late KOJIMA Toshi becomes president after the first president's sudden passing.

1958

June:Carpect™, a total check valve is developed.

1959

March:Mechaload Valve™, a valve for use in vacuum conditions is developed.

1961

September:Brass forging factory and processing facility is introduced.

The superiority of forging over casting for small valves becomes clear, and so a brass forging factory and processing facility are introduced.

1964

April:QS Valve is developed.

QS Valve, a semi-permanent valve is developed and a special patent for it is acquired for 7 countries.

1966

May:Corrosion-resistant aluminum forged valve Alchess™ is successfully commercialized

World prices of copper surge due to rising oil prices. In response, Alchess™, a corrosion-resistant aluminum forged valve is successfully commercialized.

1967

The new factory in Higashi Osaka City

February:Labor-saving fittings, dubbled "LS Fittings", that don't require sealant are developed.

November:The new factory in Higashi Osaka City

The new factory (Current: Osaka Factory - Higashiosaka) is constructed in Higashi Osaka City to respond to a surge in orders. The factories in Shigino and Hikone are sold, and company facilities are to be concentrated in the new location, where new construction booms.

December:Tokyo Sales Office is opened.

After receiving requests from Fuji Kinzoku Kosaku's customers in the Kanto area, it opens the "Tokyo Sales Office" in the Hatchobori district of Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

1969

December:Fuji Kinzoku Kosaku opens the Kansai Branch at a location adjacent to the Head Office.

1970

May:The electromagnetic needle valves are developed.

June:The compact casted ball valves are developed.

August:The W-bite fittings™ are developed and go into mass production.
