"The religious piety of Japan," by Tetsuo Yamaori, Emeritus Professor at the International Research Center for Japanese Studies.
Lecture 2
"The heart of Japan as viewed from the scenery," by Professor Masayuki Wakui, Landscape architect and President of the Gifu Academy of Forest Science and Culture.
Lecture 3
"God, people, the world and science and technology," by his eminence Yukei Matsunaga, Superintendent Priest of Koyasan Shingon-shu.

The "Koyasan University and Fujikin Shuhei Ogawa Memorial Lecture" was held at the Osaka City Central Public Hall. The topic was "A discussion between religion and science: The desire for the providence of the universe." Lectures were given by Tetsuo Yamaori, Emeritus Professor at the International Research Center for Japanese Studie; Professor Masayuki Wakui, Landscape architect and President of Gifu Academy of Forest Science and Culture; and his Eminence Yukei Matsunaga, former Superintendent Priest of Koyasan Shingon-shu.
