Fujikin Incorporated ("Fujikin"), in order to ensure proper handling of personal information entrusted to it, has set out the basic policy stated below to be observed by all its employees, and will continue its efforts to improve this policy in future.

Basic Policy

Fujikin strives to protect personal information used for the provision of services or other legitimate purposes during the course of its business.

Fujikin complies with applicable laws and other regulations concerning the proper handling of personal information, and requires its subcontractors to do the same.

Fujikin trains its employees to ensure they understand and comply with privacy protection laws and the company's privacy policy.

Fujikin collects personal information in accordance with Japanese law, and uses that information for clearly-defined purposes and with the express consent of the party involved. Fujikin does not disclose personal information to any third party except as required by law.

Fujikin responds promptly and in good faith to requests by any party for the disclosure, correction or deletion of that party's personal information.

Fujikin takes all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, divulgence, loss, tampering or destruction of personal information held by Fujikin.

Fujikin strives to ensure that the personal information it collects and holds is accurate and up to date.

Fujikin will conduct periodic privacy audits and make any necessary improvements to its company policy regarding the collection and handling of personal information.

Handling of Personal Information

  1. Personal Information: Purpose of Use
    Fujikin will use the Personal Information it obtains for product delivery, settlement, after-sales service, notice of new products, new product development and marketing, and other legal and appropriate uses.

    Fujikin will not provide your Personal Information to any Third Party, except as permitted under the related laws or regulations, without your explicit consent.
  3. Security Management Measures
    Fujikin will endeavor to establish rules to protect your Personal Information, ensure that all its employees know and observe those rules, and monitor compliance appropriately.
  4. Procedures and Fees for Disclosure or Change
    You may request a disclosure of your Personal Information in Fujikin's possession. To make a disclosure request, please contact Fujikin by phone or e-mail, and a Disclosure Request Form will be mailed to you. Fill out the form and return it by mail to the address indicated, along with the identity verification documents specified in the form. Fujikin will charge a set fee for such disclosure; upon receipt of this fee, the disclosure information will be sent to you by mail. Forms to request correction of your Personal Information, or to request that Fujikin stop using your Personal Information, will be sent to you with the disclosure information. If the Personal Information is incorrect or you would like us to stop using your Personal Information, please fill in these forms and return them to Fujikin.
